HEATSINK-iMX8MP is specially made for iMX8MPlus-SOM from oxidized aluminum with multiple ribs, on the back it has two strips which electrically insulate the aluminum from the components of the SOM.
Two high temperature plastic brackets plug in iMX8MPlus-SOM mount holes and snap keeping the heatsink.
Remember to apply thermal paste for better temperature dissipation on the SOC before mounting the heatsink. Thermal paste is not included.
