ESP-PROG is USB to serial converter with additional signals to reset and enter in bootloader mode for ESP32 and ESP8266 so the programming is done automatically without press of buttons etc.

Can be used for restoring ESP8266, ESP32, ESP32-S2, ESP32-C3, ESP32-C6 chips and modules.

ESP-PROG is assembled and tested board only, no cables.
ESP-PROG-C includes 7 jumper wires and 6 pin 0.05" step cable.

  • I try to use this board to automatically enter bootloader mode of an STM32 board but I can't seem to get it working. What is the issue?
  • The ESP-PROG board was designed for ESP auto-boot sequence in mind. The DTR and RTS lines are not independent push-pull outputs. Certain combinations (both low at the same time at the outputs) are electrically prevented. Consider USB-serial board like USB-Serial-L.
