MIPI-LCD2.8 display revisions: V1 requires RGB565 output and panel reset/backlight control through the onboard PCA9536 I²C expander. V2 uses RGB888 output and needs no expander control. Check the demos and use the matching V1 or V2 software configuration for your display revision.
