RPi5-LoRaWAN868/915 is an 8-channel LoRaWAN® gateway module. It is Raspberry Pi HAT which plugs directly on top of Raspberry pi 5. It contains cooling fan and mini-PCIe module with low power consumption and high performance.
Based on Semtech Network's SX1302 LoRaWAN® baseband chip, the RPi5-LoRaWAN868/915 is all you need to make your own LoRaWAN gateway for long-distance wireless transmission.
RPi5-LoRaWAN868/915 supports 8-channel data transmission, improves communication efficiency and capacity, and enables connection and data transmission for more devices.
It reserves two antenna interfaces, one for transmitting and receiving LoRa signals and one U.FL (IPEX) interface for independent transmission. Two antennas are included with the RPi5-LoRaWAN868/915.
Raspberry Pi on the pictures is illustrative for the complete setup and is not included.
