[19:22:35] <Youbi> Hello! Should uboot show anything when loading zImage?
[19:22:53] <Youbi> Mine just shows
[19:22:55] <Youbi> Scanning mmc 0:1...
[19:22:57] <Youbi> reading /sun7i-a20-olinuxino-lime.dtb
[19:22:59] <Youbi> 33866 bytes read in 30 ms (1.1 MiB/s)
[19:23:13] <Youbi> And after that, tries to boot from other devices
[22:24:10] <hoijui> i finally have my a10-lime fully assembled, hardware wise, but i have no working SD card drive for writing the debian image to the sd card
[22:24:46] <hoijui> is there some way i could hook up the a10-lime as an sd-card rw usb device to the PC? :/
[22:25:09] <hoijui> i guess not, but well..just wanted to try it right now (not at home for still some days)
[22:25:31] <lukas2511> in theory yes, i guess, but not really worth the effort
[22:25:43] <lukas2511> http://linux-sunxi.org/FEL
[23:02:01] <hoijui> thanks lukas2511, :-)
[23:02:40] <hoijui> so if i get it write, it is technically posible, if iwould be willing to write software.. as in.. an sd card driver over FEL mode.. something like that
[23:02:50] <hoijui> and yeah.. i am not willing to go that far
[23:02:53] <hoijui> thanks!
[23:05:22] <lukas2511> i'd suggest trying to start u-boot, from there it should be relatively easy to pull data from a network connection and write it to the sdcard. or just go out to the nearest electronics store and buy a cheap sdcard reader ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
[23:06:15] <hoijui> yeah... i will just wiat one week, hten ill be back home where i have sd card readers. i have enough other stuff to do till then
[23:06:50] <hoijui> thanks for the very precise and to the point info! much obliged
