Neo6502kbd is a new release of our popular Neo6502 retro computer. It's a highly integrated all-in-one Neo6502 + USB keyboard and 4× USB hub embedded in the keyboard body. The board is powered and programmed with a single USB-C cable.
Neo6502kbd has two USB-C connectors: one on the back side for power supply and one on the left side for programming. On the left side there are also a BOOT button and a PWR switch, which allow easy programming and firmware updates. All you need to do is connect the USB-C cable on the left side, press the bootloader button, switch on the power supply switch, and then release the bootloader button.
The UEXT connector for adding the MOD-ESP8266 WiFi connectivity module is on the left side too. With it you can connect to the Neo6502 server and download code or implement other internet connectivity.
Four USB ports are on the back side of the Neo6502kbd, together with the HDMI connector and USB-C power input. The keyboard cable is still available, so if you want, you can just use the keyboard by plugging it into another computer. To work with Neo6502kbd, the keyboard cable should be plugged into one of the USB host ports.
