[00:57:58] <nabblet> hi, how will olinuxino call the partitions on the sd card?
[00:58:02] <nabblet> sdaX ?
[01:45:21] <blkhawk> nabblet: depends on whats on the sdcard you use
[01:46:03] <blkhawk> I can't be bothered to check ;)
[01:46:27] <nabblet> blkhawk: hm, i guessed sda but it didn't work... tried other things. tried sda again, worked
[01:46:33] <nabblet> so... uhm... whatever?
[01:47:39] <nabblet> btw. if you want to know how to build gentoo for olinuxino a20 look here: http://paste.debian.net/93745/ it is still work in progress (system boots but does not reach login) but feedback is welcome
[01:47:45] <blkhawk> ya - I'm a bit disapointed with my nano - I wanted to use it in mixed mode powerwise (battery and line powered) turns out that isn't implemented
[01:48:38] <nabblet> what happens when you mix? blkhawk
[01:49:03] <blkhawk> if you have the battey plugged in and line power the kernel will oops
[01:49:14] <blkhawk> it crashes hard
[01:49:42] <nabblet> ah ok. still better than hardware damage
[01:49:51] <blkhawk> well yes
[01:50:24] <blkhawk> but it means i can't use it as line-independent watchdog like i planed to do
[01:50:57] <blkhawk> I have a lithium cell exspecially for it
[01:53:23] <nabblet> :(
[01:53:33] <nabblet> so now what? common ups?
[01:55:30] <blkhawk> well I switched to a rasperberry pi for the project and used a NiMh accu pack i can charge-in line without fear of it going boom
[01:56:06] <blkhawk> the main feature that led me to use the nano in the first place was its ability to use and charge a lithium cell
[01:57:44] <nabblet> hm
[01:57:53] <nabblet> well, good luck. got to go
[01:57:59] <blkhawk> ya
[01:58:04] <blkhawk> cu
