Looking at Harmony licence and horrible code, I expect no-one has.

If you don't mind those issues I suppose create it yourself.

Indeed the documentation and the rest needed for an application to be deployed is chaotic.
Although, according to the "Board Support Package Help" the only functions they provide are the LED and Switch handling. The PIC32-M-W board has 3 LEDs and 3 switches.
I managed following the instruction of the link I posted to insert the the Olimex option in the BSP configuration tree. But, I'm pretty sure that there is something missing.
Comparing the License files for the Microchip products you will find so many similarities. Although again, the APIs etc are horrifying. And my un-answered question is: should I use a board with an Arm running Linux (or Andoid) or loose time and risk an unstable application on PIC32 board?

You can use a PIC32 board without any Microchip code at all, but especially it's easy not to use Harmony (same as everyone has done for many years).

ARM+Linux is very different to small uC but up to you to decide.

If you are struggling to decide maybe you want something like a PIC32 with MMBasic?
