Hello there,
I'm trying to program a custom board of CC2640R2 MCU made by me based on a TI reference design. I'm using Tag-Connect's TC2050IDC-NL connector [http://www.tag-connect.com/TC2050-IDC] connected to Olimex board via 20 pin ARM-JTAG connector and Tag-Connect's 20 pin to 10 pin connector [http://www.tag-connect.com/tc2050-2x10].
Jumper J4 and J5 are open and ARM_JTAG_E is closed.
I've also changed the connection settings in CCSv7.1 to XDS100v3 Debug probe.
Upon testing the connection, I'm getting the following error message:

"The controller has detected a target power loss. The user must turn on or connect the power supply for the target."

I've attached a screenshot of CCS as well showing the above message.
Upon checking that whether we're getting the power supply from 20 pin ARM-JTAG connector using a multimeter, we got to know that we're not getting any voltage difference between Pin no. 1 (T_TVD) and Pin no 4/6/8...20 (GND). Should we need to do some other configuration or settings for programming our custom board?
Help required?

T_TVD is a power detection pin, it seems it can't detect sufficient voltage and current on the target. Maybe the adapters that you use cause the error - did you try with simple jumper wires?

Note that TMS320-XDS100-V3 can't power your target. You need to power the MCU from another source. As mentioned in chapter 2.2 of the user's manual as a requirement: "- a way to power your target (TMS320-XDS100-V3 would not power your target board)"
