AXP209 Outputs and Additional DCDC

Hi,

I was examining the A13 schematic on GitHub. I realized that there are unused outputs on AXP209. Instead of using LDO3 or LDO4, Olimex used additonal IC to supply RAM and A13 (3v3). What is the purpose of using additional 3v3 and 1v5 power source?

I also realized  there are two 1v2 (DCDC2 and DCDC3) output on AXP. Isn't one of it enough to deliver power to A13?
