LPC1778 - ARM-USB-OCD-H - Eclipse - debug error

Hi all,
I need to program a LPC1778 micro by the Olimex ARM-USB-OCD-H adaptor.
I set up the Eclipse to compile and run the firmware but when I launch it I receive the following messages:
