HEVC (H.265) with at least 10-bit (Main10) UHD

Hello,

I'd like to suggest creating a board that can decode HEVC with at least 10-bit colour depth.

A lot of people are starting to jump on the HEVC bandwagon, and televisions are moving to HDR-10/Dolby Vision. It would be really nice if there was something in the open-hardware market that people could buy.
