As far as I know, You can't. I can confirm that I have about 20x A20 - Micros running 24x7 for about 14 months now without any problems. You could add a usb drive and use that to mount 'busy' parts of the file system . I didn't take that precaution and all is ok even though all devices are writing 2x 1MB files every 10 seconds and erasing those files hourly..
Would be interested to hear other users experience, is the story about the finite  life of SD card. exaggerated?

thanks for your answers, wish to have other returns too  ;)

yunohost looks rather negative.

No usb boot except FEL etc.  Boot from NAND works doesn't it?

I can't find any proof for you statement that a SD card has less write cycles of life span then a USB-Key

About the same technology, I reckon, so should be about the same.

Perhaps thinks the usb boot can be read only.  About as true as SD boot LOL
