Will not boot from original Android card or Debian

Hello, my board will not boot from original SD card bought from Olimex (Android/Debian). I tried playing with script.bin/fex, no result. What I get on the UART is

a10_Lime_debian_3.4.90_release_3:

Problem solved ! We have some damaged A10 with malfunction RAM... apparently

Not exactly what you really want to hear. Surely QA on all units should have detected this at manufacture?

Depending on your location this can be expensive to send back for testing.
