Thinking of buying an A13

I'm starting a huge project, I am going to be building a CPU from TTL chips. I want to use the A13 as my GPU (a little overkill); I don't need a fat operating system, I just need to hold two buffers and flip the buffers around. I know it is an overpowered system for my use but can I run a minimal Linux OS and have an interrupt routine when the CPU wants to write to the buffer?

No one got any advice or know if it could work? And maybe some advice on what I would need to do?

If your skill is in TTL then do it using TTL.

That's a separate challenge I do not wish to under go. My goal is to make a CPU then connect all kinds of things to it, for example an SPI port or UART. I  want to use this product as it can support up to 800x600 and packs enough punch that I could possibly add sprites to it.

I guess the question I am asking is does this board have hardware interrupts and what maximum frequency? If so is there some example of this?
