Can MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 be used for program MSP430F5529/F5528 using Energia IDE?

I would like to know if  MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 can be used to program FDC1004EVM or FDC2214EVM that has on-board MSP430F5529 or MSP430F5528 controller.
