Olinuxino-Micro first contact

Hi all,
I´ve just received an olinuxino-micro board with sd-card from olimex. It´s the first time I use this board (or any iMX233). I´ve inserted the sd-card, connected tv output to a monitor, powered the board with 5V, and nothing happens (the led doesn´t light and the monitor doesn´t show anything).
Also tried comunicating the board via hyperterminal at correct baud rate, with correct cable-adapter. The expected message was a login request, but the board reports the following message every 20 seconds:

What am i doing wrong?
Could anyone help me? Please.

Then what I should do is make another bootable sd-card, ins´t it?

The card was just blank.
Now Olinuxino is alive, but I have another problem.
The board seems to auto reboot all the time. It doesn´t ask for login via telnet anytime (doesn´t reach that point).
