Good Afternoon All,
This forum has been a godsend, and I've exhausted all kinds of research trying to figure this out.
I have bluetooth enabled, systemctl status bluetooth is active, and I can scan for and find devices in bluetoothctl. So bluetooth is finally enabled and works perfectly except when it comes to connecting.
I literally cannot connect to any device. I'm trying to send keyboard input from the A64 to my laptop, but I can't even connect to it.
Any advice? I have no idea how to proceed from here.
Thank you so much!
You are using A64-OLinuXino, correct?
What is the exact image that you use? (type "uname -a" and let me know the results if not sure)
Hi! Sorry this is so late!
The version I am using is Linux olinuxino 5.2.5-suxi64 #5.92.1, aarch64 GNU/Linux
I've read that it's a common issue. I have the olinuxino advertising as an HID keyboard and I can scan it as such on other devices, and I can pair just fine, but I can never connect.
Hello,
I was thinking can this be related to the software used? Can you try using another tool instead of "bluetoothctl", maybe test with "blueman"? It is a GUI tool. Are the results the same?
Best regards,
Lub/OLIMEX
