Hi all.
Received target Board,I wanted to know if the bootloader is flashed to the processor.
Or need to buy PicKit3.

Hey,

Congrats on your new board! PIC32-HMZ144 is a general-purpose development board. You need an ICSP programmer (or emulator or debugger). Notice that the on-board ICSP interface is available at a 6-pin (1×6) 0.1" step connector. If your programmer has another type of connector you might need an adapter like PIC-ICSP or similar.
