Possible to use vga card on imx233, with a actual kernel ( >4 ) ?
exemple low coast : http://www.banggood.com/1080P-USB3_0-to-VGA-Female-Display-External-Video-Graphic-Cable-Adapter-for-Windows-7-8-10-p-982129.html
I can buy and run on imx233 maxi ?
Very unlikely, certainly for the linked one. That uses USB 3.0 and probably a weird chipset with proprietary Windows drivers. There is no USB 3.0 on imx233, and without knowing chipset inside there is no way to know if any Linux driver support, let alone if it would work on ARM9 (v5) architechure.
OK for this cheap model,
But see this : http://www.banggood.com/USB-2_0-UGA-to-DVIVGAHDMI-Multi-Display-PC-Monitor-Graphic-Converter-Adapter-p-987180.html
only a exemple
yes more $
I doubt it... but what I really wonder is Why?
Well, that second one at least mentions Linux support - so it may be worth a try, but you should expect some difficulty and possibly building your own kernel. I doubt anyone else has tried it. You're probably not going to get a very good experience, but it depends on your application. Even an ATmega 8-bit chip can generate VGA output with some tricks.
Possible but not easy and not low cost
