The JTAG connector on the AM3352-SOM-EVB Rev D is 20 pin 0.10" pitch connector, which has the pin-out of "Compact TI 20-Pin" connector by comparing the pin-out on the AM3352-SOM-EVB schematic against the pin-outs at http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_Connectors#Pinout (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_Connectors#Pinout).
However, the "Compact TI 20-Pin" connector has a .050" X .100" pitch.
Therefore, it appears the JTAG connector on the AM3352-SOM-EVB doesn't match one of the standards on http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_Connectors#Pinout (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/JTAG_Connectors#Pinout). E.g. to connect a J-Link emulator to a AM3352-SOM-EVB I had to use flying leads to convert from the ARM 20-Pin 0.10" pitch connector on the J-Link to the pin-out used on the AM3352-SOM-EVB.
Is there a reason why the JTAG connector on the AM3352-SOM-EVB doesn't appear to match any of the standard emulator connectors?
