if somebody wants to run windows CE on OLinuXino we do not mind, but this is definitely outside our interests
OLinuXino is designed as open source platform and we are mostly interested to run open source software on it

there are no any restrictions to post in any forum, I don't understand why you can't see new topic button in ARM-ST
