Title: Noisy Signal
Post by: jamesrdelaney on June 11, 2013, 06:08:58 PM
Hi

I am not getting what I understand to be a normal heart rate/ECG signal appearing in the window in the ElecGuru software.
I am using Olimex EKG/EMG shield with the Olimex EKG EMG PA.

I just get a fast oscillating line.

I am using the Arduino sketch posted on the Olimex website.

Where can I get the actual settings I need to use in the guru software to view an ECG signal?

Many thanks
James

by the way Im not sure how to attach an image to this but can upload one no problem if you need a look. Im sure it would make more sense.

You can host the image on a image hosting web site (for example: http://imgur.com/ (http://imgur.com/), click on upload images Computer and refer the on-screen information that would pop) and share the link here.

The normal readings might be seen in the user manual, as some FAQ problems: https://www.olimex.com/Products/EEG/OpenEEG/EEG-SMT/ (https://www.olimex.com/Products/EEG/OpenEEG/EEG-SMT/).
