How to Order?

Send us e-mail with your request for quotation including:

1. Your name
2. Your Company name (if any)
3. Your address
4. The list of the items and quantities you want to purchase
5. Requested shipping option (check what options are available from our shipping options web page)
6. Payment option
7. For all orders from Europe Union valid EU VAT ID. Our web prices are export prices without VAT included, if the order comes from Europe Union and the recipient doesn't provide valid EU VAT ID we must charge 20% Bulgarian VAT above the order value.

You will receive back purchase order form with our quotation.

We strongly encourage you to use your local distributor in your country for your order. In most of the cases you will receive your order faster and not have to pay and wait international shipping. Please contact us directy only if your local distributor have no stock for the items you want to order.

How to pay?

Card payment: we accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, JCB. We can't charge Visa electron and Maestro cards
Paypal: we accept payments by Paypal, due to the high Paypal service charges, payments by Paypal will be subject to additional 5% service charge.
Western Union: we accept Western Union payments
Bank transfer: we accept bank transfer payments, but note that due to the high cost of sending and accepting bank trasnfers all orders paid by bank transfer are subject to EUR 30.00 bank handling fee

Cheques, bankers drafts: we accept cheques and banker drafts only if they are issued by Bulgarian banks
Cash-on-delivery: we can't ship with such payment option
Accounts/organization's purchase orders: we have over 15 000 active customers and to keep our administration costs low we can't offer accounts for customers with less than EUR 3000.00 netto purchase per month, so please don't send us your companies' POs until you got approved account ID from us.

NOTE for existing customers:
If your card info is not changed since your last order you can send your po to us by e-mail. Please print, fill and sign PO form, in card info field write previous PO#, card exp date and card cvc code. NOTE: if you send your po form by fax (not by e-mail) you must fill it completely! PO forms received by fax without card info will not be processed.
