[10:35:28] <asyd> morning
[15:08:55] <nausea> hi
[15:10:13] <nausea> I own an olimex A20 micro 40GB. I was looking into hooking it up with one of these nice i2c lcd character displays: https://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/LCD-Blue-I2C
[15:10:52] <nausea> with the raspberry pi it was quite easy, it has pins labeled SDA and SCL. does the A20 have any pins that are the same?
[15:19:41] <adj_> nausea, your A20-Micro-4GB has two UEXT connector (the uext is the standard olimex multiprotocol serial connector)
[15:19:54] <adj_> you can see the pinout here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEXT
[15:23:24] <nausea> ah :)
[15:23:47] <nausea> I see now! thanks
[15:24:40] <adj_> nausea, you can even buy lcd's with uext connector from olimex
[15:25:06] <adj_> like this one: https://www.olimex.com/Products/Modules/LCD/MOD-LCD3310/
[15:26:00] <nausea> I see, thanks
[15:26:05] <nausea> im looking to use this one for now
[15:26:14] <nausea> i did not know the relation between uext and i2c
[16:44:07] <Tenkawa> things are going very well so far on my box
