Question about OLinuXino board power supply

I am new here and I have OLinuXino A20 board. I try to use 5V power but sometimes board not start correct. I want ask what is best power adapter for OLinuXino? Also I want know if need capacitor for more stable power.

Which A20 OLinuXino board more specifically? These have different requirements. Is it MICRO, LIME, LIME2, SOM, BASE-SOM.... What is your setup? What do you have connected to it?
