Is there a footprint readily available for PCB design of the ESP32-POE-ISO?  It would be great for integrating the units into other designs.

No, we don't have such footprint. If you don't want to do it manually from the KiCAD sources, consider exploring footprint generator scripts for KiCAD. Like this one:
