Is there any way to re-flashing the original Teres IMG to internal EMMC?

Of course, run script:

sudo install_emmc.sh

This is also detailed in the manual. Refer to chapter "10. Installing a fresh official image to TERES-I" on pages 39 and 40. The document is located here:
