programming and erase flash -LPC2148 with ARM-USB-TINY-H

I am trying to blank IC and flash memory for LPC2148 with ARM-USB-TINY-H . Could you please help me how can I do it I don't have too much experience , I would be appreciate if you suggest GUI as well to work with
