Trying to read\write NOR flash with MPC5200 on board

Hello, dear forumers
There is a NOR flash (BGA) and MPC5200 on the pcb. There is also BDM connector on pcb. I want to read\write the flash without desoldering it. Can you make a piece of advise, what exact dongle should I buy\use?
