How to CPU usage when play video

Hello

When I play video on vlc, CPU usage avarage be %60. It is so much. I searched and tried install Mali400 GPU driver. I followed steps in this site:https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=1910.0 . I couldn't test GPU but I couldn't see any change after install(I think something was wrong). I think not enough just install driver. I want decrease this CPU usage with use Mali400. How can I this? Any suggestion?
