No usb

All,
I have 2 boards olinuxino maxi, one is working fine, the other does not 'see' anything behind usb, so no memory sticks, but also no network. (ofcourse) Same memory card.

I realize, if powered by batteries, the power is not sufficient to power the usb and the network, but I tried several supplies, up to 12V, a few amps, so this is not the reason.
