Hello,

is it possible to use AVR-ISP-MK2 OLIMEX programmer for AT89S2051 ???

No. AT89 is not AVR.

Just to save you the trouble, it is possible to program these via an Arduino board and few wires and a breadboard. Search for "arduino at89s2051". If that doesn't provide results try with "arduino at89s4051".
