Can I use a SD card and external 4MB RAM at same time?

From the schematic they appear to use different CPU pins (GPIOnn) so should be OK.

I'm a bit worried why you ask - did you try it and it didn't work?

The voltage of the LDO should be set (make menuconfig) to 1.8V for SD Card.
