I have many unwanted mouseclicks from tapping on the touchpad. So, I want to deactivate the tap and use the touchpad only for moving of the mouse. And for clicking only the two buttons.

Can anyone say me, how I do that on the Teres Laptop?

It is explained here: https://github.com/d3v1c3nv11/TERES-KBD-RELEASE/tree/master/upgrade - there is notap option ;)

sudo ./update-notap  #firmware with taps disabled

At first I also had many unwanted mouseclicks from tapping and this was very frustrating.
But now it is OK. I suppose I have corrected unconsciously the way I use the touchpad.  May be you can get used to it too?

I have the opposite problem though -- in order to produce double click I have to use triple tap.  Not a big problem, but... :)

That works. Thank you!
Now, this Teres Laptop is perfect for me. :)
