To work with SOMs, you often need a fully working computer and a SOM connected to a screen and keyboard. Some kind of IO hub that allows connecting a single screen and keyboard to a set of systems would be convenient. Just like one can select the input of a TV or amplifier.
It could be integrated in a Teres laptop to use the Teres monitor and keyboard to work on an external SOM, resulting in a cleaner, compact testing environment.

Most critical connectors: USB, HDMI, power
For more general use: D-SUB (vga), LVDS, sound

A similar concept would be a dual-SOM204-EVB or a Teres mainboard with an additional SOM204 slot. Both SOMs should be able to be active simultaneously, but only one at a time can use the screen and keyboard.
