How to get backup of nand

I am running from NAND and want to backup on SD Card.
One method is:
dd if=/dev/nand of=/dev/mmcblk0

But it is not a mountable image on PC.Please help me !

Why should it be mountable?  It has code for an arm cpu.

mountable means gnome-disk-image-mounter can mount it on like /mnt/olimex to view its content
main question is how to properly get backup of NAND to sd card.
