MOD-MPU6050 Desactivation
« on: December 09, 2016, 05:19:04 PM »
Hi Guys,

In the arduino example given by olimex shows how to activate/enable the MPU6050 module but doesn't show how to disable/sleep/turn off it.

I google it but couldn't find an answer. Do you have any tip on how to do it? I want to activate/desactivate it remotely in runtime so I just need the function of how to do deactivate the module.

Thanks in advance.

Best

What is your main board that you use with the module? Some boards have control over the 3.3V output, like our OLIMEXINO-32U4. If that is the case you can just shut down the 3.3V line of the module at some conditions.
