A20-LIME2 board: install Linux on NAND

Folks,

just in case somebody tries to install Debian Linux on NAND on an A20 LIME2 board with the LIME2 Debian image hosted on https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2VxGxfArGRyQk9Sei1XcTJkM28/view?usp=sharing:

This does not work because in this image the NAND driver is compiled as module, not directly integrated into the kernel.

To make it work, first compile a new Sunxi kernel (I used the current 3.4.103+) with NAND configured "Y" instead of "M", install this onto the SD card and then follow the HowTo for installation of Linux on NAND for the A20 Micro card.
