Could anyone explain message issued by mandb

Hello,
I run ArchlLinux On OlinuxInoMaxi,
I receive on the debug terminal a lot lines (pasted below)
processor was rather inactive, without any heavy load nor huge memory usage.

Is it important?
Something to fix ?
