Make a tablet using two A20 boards

Hello guys,
I come up with an idea to make a tablet using two A20 boards. One board running Android and the "slave" running Linux.
What is the best (fastest) way to achieve this?
The Android board should control the Linux one and display all output from this. Any suggestions?

This is so complex and broad question that I doubt anyone can answer it. It is on similar scale as of asking "how do I create a moon rover and land safely on moon".
