Brain Connectivity Toolbox for C++ or python or matlab in a olimex board simulating a nematoad.

I think a good test for olimex's boards would be something to run octave matlab code from the brain connectivity toolbox to simulate a nematoad.

I think something like this in a amazon cloud, olimexiduino, fpga or something would be a interesting first for computational neuroscience and could make a interesting contest.

Could it be a contest to open source it?

Aparently cats visual cortex and pigeons have their connectomes mapped and connectomes have been a hot topic on ted talks and scienctific american the mind.

It would be cool also if it could simulate a lobster.
