My MOD-USB-RS232 board is producing garbage.  It works perfectly except for small letters and above.  Once it gets to character 0x60 it start producing graphics characters.  I've slowly changed the transmission baud rate from too slow to too fast and there is no baud rate that produces the correct character sequence.  I've lowered the baud rate down to 9600 but it produces the exact same behavior at all rates.

Transmitting SPACE through DELETE produces:

!"#$%&'()*+,-./0123456789:;<=>?@ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ[\]^ ±HFRLøñNVÙ¿ÚÀÅÄÄÄÄÄôÁ³óòãðœú

Any ideas?
