The Windows 8 complains that the JTAG's drivers (either version 1 and 2)
are no assigned and not allowed to be installed.
In our company we intend to upgrade to Windows 8 all developing machines.

Hey Paulo,
Windows 8 has some tight policy on using unsigned drivers by default settings. In order to use any Olimex product that requires drivers you need to enable unsigned drivers installs. Please follow the perfect explanation here:
http://www.craftedge.com/tutorials/driver_install_windows8/driver_install_win8.html (http://www.craftedge.com/tutorials/driver_install_windows8/driver_install_win8.html). This is the only way to use unsigned drivers in Windows 8.
Best regards,
