Hi, I plan on using MSP430F5636, I have some questions regarding MSP430-BSL from Olimex.

1. Can somebody explain me what P4.3 / UTSE means? I have not found UTSE pin my
microcontroller datasheet.
2. What are the values of these resistors? Should I use them?
3. As far as I am aware these are pull-up/ pull-down resistor. What are the values ?
