The text on the page was just placeholder but unfortunately, our team decided not to pursue Android release for RK3328 for the moment. It is simply too low interest in Android for RK3328 to invest time and appoint engineers in supporting Android. Most customers are interested in the Linux for the chip. I removed the Android text from the web-page.
If you need Android the best course of action would be trying any Android image for RK3328 that you can find online. There is good chances basic things will work out of the box.
