Title: TERES-PCB1-A64 improvement?
Post by: DesSony7 on December 15, 2021, 05:28:19 AM
When I tried the newest Ubuntu-mate 20.04 on a DIY laptop, the operating system simply did not work.  I traced a reason why it does not work toward TERES-PCB1-A64's real tiny 16GB eMMC Flash.  I wondered whether you plan to put 64GB eMMC Flash on the TERES-PCB1-A64 so the future operating system versions will work on the DIY laptop.   :(

Thank you very much in advance.

I believe something else was the reason your OS didn't work, it is not the eMMC size. How does the eMMC size even affect the work of the operating system? It is just storage. Linux can boot from smaller mediums, like even desktop Ubuntu can boot from 4GB USB flash drive.
