Hi , I can power supply ESP32 POE using +5V on external connector instead power on micro-usb?

The +5V at the EXT headers are mainly meant as output but yes, you can also power the board from there if you are careful. Make sure that the USB power is disconnected as a precaution. Also you should NOT have PoE powering enabled (via the Ethernet connector) and +5V applied on the EXT headers at the same time.
