Hi we are using, device ESP32-POE for create device that use BLE and connection WIFI or LAN.
We use ESP32 with arduino-ide.
if use BLE wnd wifi BLE work well and acceot connection, if use BLE and LAN, BLE not accept connection.
Any one have the same problem?

This is a hardware limitation. ESP32 has only one radio and one antenna; using BT + WIFI at the same time would require software trickery. I recommend you to read this thread and focus on the replies of user "ESP_Sprite": https://esp32.com/viewtopic.php?t=6707
