I think that's the manual from the product page. But they forgot to change the text on the page to say it's rev1.1

I recently revamped the documentation within the GitHub project to be in markdown. You are certainly welcome to translate any documentation into French and I'll help you get the pull request merged.
I think the easiest way to name the files would be something like "filename.en.md" and "filename.fr.md"
